1. Shipping Zones & Regions
We offer reliable shipping services to multiple destinations across Europe and select international locations.
- Domestic Shipping: All regions within Luxembourg.
- European Union (EU) Shipping: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
- International Shipping: Select countries outside the EU. Please check availability at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO addresses).
2. Order Processing Times
We work hard to prepare your packages as quickly as possible.
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Luxembourg).
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET) will be processed starting on the next business day.
- High Volume Notice: During holiday seasons or major promotional events, processing times may extend by 1 to 2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Luxembourg)
- Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days | €4.99 (Free for orders over €50)
- Express Shipping: Next business day | €9.99
European Union (EU) Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days | €9.99 (Free for orders over €100)
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days | €19.99
International Shipping (Non-EU)
- Standard International: 7–14 business days | €24.99

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping courier, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
- Tracking Number: This email will contain a unique tracking link and tracking number.
- Activation: The tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of shipment generation.
- Monitoring: You can track the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s official website using the link provided.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Within the European Union: Orders shipped to destinations within the EU include all applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout. You will not face extra customs fees upon delivery.
- Outside the European Union: For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Customer Responsibility: JP Home S.à r.l. is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied to your package. All fees collected during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
We ensure all items are packed securely, but accidents can happen during transit.
- Damaged Goods: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the items immediately. Contact our support team at cedarwd@jphomestore.com within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
- Lost Shipments: If your tracking link shows no update for more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, please notify us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
- Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Redelivery charges under these circumstances will be billed to the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages
Our couriers typically make 1 to 2 delivery attempts to your address.
- Missed Deliveries: If you are not home, the courier may leave the package in a safe spot, with a neighbor, or direct it to a local pickup point.
- Unclaimed Returns: If a package is returned to our Luxembourg facility because it was unclaimed, rejected, or could not be delivered, we will contact you. The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply.
