1. Core Policy: No “Returnless Refunds”
Please note our strict policy regarding refunds:
- Physical Return Required: We do not issue “returnless refunds” under any circumstances.
- No Exceptions: No refund will be issued unless the physical item is successfully returned, received, and inspected at our warehouse facility.
- Condition Verification: If you request a refund due to a change of mind, sizing issues, or even claims of product defects, you must physically ship the item back to us first.
2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
To qualify for a successful return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Time Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return request.
- Product State: The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, with all original tags, labels, and certificates attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt, invoice, or digital order confirmation code.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned or refunded due to health, hygiene, or customization reasons. These include:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf-life.
- Intimate items, swimwear, or cosmetics if the protective seal is broken.
- Items purchased during final clearance or clearance sales.
4. The Return Process
To return an item, you must strictly follow these steps:

- Pack Securely: Place the item securely in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase.
- Ship the Package: Mail your return to our authorized physical headquarters:

- Tracking Requirement: You must use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs paid during purchase are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
6. Inspection and Refund Issuance
Once we receive your physical package at our Luxembourg facility, our quality control team will inspect the item.
- Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
